Foundations   We have extensive experience of all forms of foundation design and detailing, and work closely with ARP Geotechnical Ltd in this field.  Options such as traditional strips, rafts, piling, ground stabilisation, and vibro compaction are all considered, to ensure a cost effective approach in this area.

New Build Our team of experienced Structural Engineers can deal with all forms of new build construction, including load bearing masonry, steel frames, timber frames and concrete structures, and are able to advise on the most viable form of structure at all stages of design and construction. Listed Buildings and Conservation The firm has a long track record of providing design services for refurbishment of listed buildings and building conservation. Our involvement usually begins at the earliest stage as part of design team discussions with all stakeholders, through to completion of the project.

Refurbishment   ARP Associates prides itself on its pro-active and cost effective approach to the refurbishment of existing buildings.  We have provided solutions for a wide range of projects from single dwelling barn conversions to hospitals, multi-storey mill buildings, and façade retention on listed buildings. Other Structures The company has designed of road and foot bridges, highway retaining walls and general retaining walls, using a range of materials, and our flexibility and experience allows us to always accommodate the needs of Developers.
